Does My Property Qualify?
From time to time, agents and sellers ask us if their properties qualify to be advertised on LuxeQuest. To answer this question, please click here to see a list of the features and price ranges that are typical of properties advertised on our site. If your property does not meet these guidelines, this does not rule it out from being on LuxeQuest. If you feel it is representative of a luxury property, please feel free to email or call us at 1-866-799-9378 to inquire.
How do I get started?
If you would like to start advertising, you can click the "Buy Now" buttons above and pay through PayPal. This will allow you to access your community membership and post your designated number of photos, videos, etc... to the community immediately. You will also be able to change your profile and privacy settings. After receiving notification of your payment, LuxeQuest staff will contact you during business hours (9AM-5PM, M-F) to get the information necessary to add your property to the real estate section of the site. We will upload your property to this section for you.
If you prefer to pay by credit card over the over the phone, please set up your membership by registering on our site (click the VI/MC symbol below). After registration, please login again. You will be taken to a screen where you can choose your subscription. Once you select your package, please call us at 866-799-9378 with your credit card information to activate your account. Once your account is active, you can upload property photos, video, etc.. to the community. We will upload your property to the property search part of LuxeQuest.
Please note that when you click the "Buy Now" button and pay online or register on our site, you will become a member of the LuxueQuest Community. By doing so, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of LuxueQuest Community Membership and Terms of Service of LuxeQuest.com For your protection, all privacy setting are set to maximum by default.
